Our annual client satisfaction survey is a means of ensuring excellence for the services we provide.

We follow up translation projects to ensure that we meet client expectations every time. Using our follow-up service, we ask our clients for comments to help assess our work every six months.

Survey findings are published annually. Our latest survey (in 2016) found 98.25% of our clients were satisfied when it came to service, price, deadlines and quality.
